Dark Page Fans and Friends

Origonally Formed as a 5 piece Rock Tribute Act about 10 - 15 years ago as a Hobby but after having some success in "Battle of the Bands" contests we decided to take it further and start playing the local band venues.Our Hard edged style and "No Bullshit" Attitude seemed to be popular with local crowds..but as time went on we realised things needed to change so after trying several rhythm guitarists we decided to make the band a 4 piece and just have one lead guitarist(Griff) and with new bass player(Kevin Jackson) things were moving along niceley and we were getting plenty of work.
As time went on we were struggling to find new material to fit vocalist(Glen) range so we placed an ad in the local press and started auditioning for a new vocalist..the spot was eventually filled by "ADRIAN MARX" of Plain Jain.This was working well so we went in the studio and recorded our first cd working hard on Harmony Vocals and using keyboards(keyboards were played by EDDY GRANTS keyboard player i forgot his name sorry!!)
A few Months later we parted company with ADRIAN MARX who went on to do his own thing..So that left 3 of us..we auditioned for a while and realised it just wasnt going to work with new members so we decided it was time for the Drummer(Stuart Hayes) to step up to the plate and take on lead vocals aswell as drumming..it was one of those moments where you think "Damn we should of done this from the beginning" we sounded and played better than we ever did we were a tight hard edged 3 piece and thats the way we stayed gigging non stop for what seemed like years..GOOD TIMES!!
We are now reformed and in rehearsals for recording and gigs
